Our garments are crafted from different premium fabrics depending on the specific model and season. Please review the material composition below for the fabric option selected for this item:
- Cotton: Premium Fabric Blend (70% cotton, 30% polyester).
Available in two types—with or without fleece lining—making it a perfect, versatile choice for any season. - Bouclé: (60% polyester, 35% viscose, 5% acrylic).
An ultra-soft, insulating fabric. Highly durable, it retains its vibrant color and structured shape through repeated washing.
Care Instructions:
- Washing: Gentle machine wash at 30°C (86°F).
- Bleaching: Do not use bleach.
- Drying: Lay flat to dry to maintain the garment's shape and the structural integrity of the carrier pouch.
- Ironing: Iron on low heat only if necessary.
- Maintenance: Use a lint roller to remove pet hair and keep the fabric looking pristine.

Delivery Estimates:

- Ukraine (Nova Poshta): 1–3 business days.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Customs & Duties:
- USA: All customs duties are fully prepaid by us.
- Other Countries (EU, Canada, UK, etc.): Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes applied by their local laws. We carefully document all shipments to minimize potential customs charges.
Note: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs authorities in the destination country.
Returns & Exchanges
As our products are custom-made to order, they are generally not eligible for return. However, if a mistake occurs, we are happy to review exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.
- Eligibility: To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Process: All returns or exchanges require prior approval. Please contact us at kotozhama@gmail.com to initiate the process.
- Shipping Costs: All shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the buyer’s responsibility. The original shipping cost and any customs duties incurred during return transit to Ukraine will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- Damaged Items: We inspect every item before shipping. In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us at kotozhama@gmail.com on the day of delivery, including a description and clear photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement.
- Refunds: Authorized refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
