  • Bouclé: (60% polyester, 35% viscose, 5% acrylic).
    An ultra-soft, insulating fabric. Highly durable, it retains its vibrant color and structured shape through repeated washing.

  • Washing: Gentle machine wash at 30°C (86°F).
  • Bleaching: Do not use bleach.

Returns & Exchanges

As our products are custom-made to order, they are generally not eligible for return. However, if a mistake occurs, we are happy to review exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Process: All returns or exchanges require prior approval. Please contact us at kotozhama@gmail.com to initiate the process.
  • Shipping Costs: All shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the buyer’s responsibility. The original shipping cost and any customs duties incurred during return transit to Ukraine will be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • Damaged Items: We inspect every item before shipping. In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us at kotozhama@gmail.com on the day of delivery, including a description and clear photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement.
  • Refunds: Authorized refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
